Regional Landlords Survey
Nathaniel Lichfield and Partners (NLP) has been commissioned by the Association of North East Councils (ANEC) to undertake a piece of research to investigate the role the private sector plays in the housing market in these areas and what drives the sector in terms of both supply and demand.
The research involves a household survey of private rented tenants and an online landlord survey, as well as consultation with local authority housing officers and other stakeholders.
The research seeks to help the local authorities better understand:
-
- The role played by letting agents and private sector landlords and their views on the private rented market
- The motivations of households in relation to the choices they make and the reasons they choose to live in the private rented sector
We want to hear from as many landlords as possible and hope that you will take the opportunity to complete the survey, using the website below. We hope the research will provide us with a valuable insight into the sector in the north east. Could you please complete the survey by Wednesday 21 July.
Here is the link to the survey.
