There are ways to make sure that your new home is one of high standards. The best way is to pick a property that is included in the Accreditation Scheme. The scheme is a cooperation between Gateshead Private landlords Association and Gateshead Council. Any rented property must meet basic fitness standards laid down in law. The Accreditation schemes goes way beyond these requirements in ensuring top class property standards.
